Seasons at Gurnee Apartments in Gurnee, IL is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor. The role oversees maintenance, grounds, and cleaning tasks to keep property standards high and resident satisfaction strong. You will troubleshoot service requests and prepare units for market occupancy.

You will join a team with EPA/HVAC certification required and pool operator certification preferred, operating on a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation. Seasonal snow events are part of the winter duties.

Qualifikationen

• EPA/HVAC Certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct support to the Property Manager by delegating tasks to maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams to maintain property standards.
• Troubleshoot and address a range of residential service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and perform repairs to return units to market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved maintenance issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Perform on-call emergency services on a rotation to provide timely repairs for residents.
• Assist in budgeting with vendors, bid acquisitions for capital projects, and inventory management.
• Winter months include mandatory on-call hours for snow events.
