Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisor experience in apartment industry.
• Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Own general tools.
• EPA Certification Required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently.
• Must be a proven leader and team player.

• Capital Project Management.
• Monitoring expenditures.
• Keeping the community clean and well maintained.
• Responding to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors.
• Report unresolved maintenance issues to Management.
