Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in apartment maintenance
• Must have your own general tools
• EPA & CPO certification required
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete work orders promptly
• Capital project management
• Monitor expenditures for maintenance tasks
• Keep the community clean and well maintained
• Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Prepare apartment homes for rent and perform preventive maintenance
• Oversee outside contractors and manage inventory
• Report unresolved issues to Management
• On-call availability as needed
