Job summary

LR Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with apartment maintenance experience to join our Michigan team. You will work with the Property Manager to coordinate safety, maintenance, and equipment needs across the community.

Responsibilities include planning projects, bidding and supervising contractors, managing timelines, and ensuring high standards of curb appeal. HVAC/EPA certifications and Yardi experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Technician in a multi-family setting.
• HVAC and EPA Certification required.
• Experience with Yardi and MS Office.
• Ability to estimate timelines and costs for projects.
• Budget understanding and goal setting.
• Leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, maintenance, and equipment needs with Property Manager.
• Coordinate schedules and complete work in a timely manner.
• Manage large capital projects, bid and supervise contractors.
• Communicate with vendors and staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain curb appeal and general repairs as needed.
