Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, working with contractors, and timely communication of issues to Management. EPA certification, a valid license, and reliable tools are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment industry maintenance experience.
• Must own general maintenance tools.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the community.
• Respond to service requests professionally.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Oversee contractors and outside work.
• Report unresolved issues to Management.
• Be available for on-call hours.
