Qualifications

• Own general tools and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work on-call and handle physical workload.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete work orders promptly.
• Manage capital projects and monitor expenditures.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the community.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent and perform preventive maintenance.
• Oversee contractors and report unresolved issues to Management.
• Be on-call as required.
