Job summary

Trion Living is seeking a strong Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at a large apartment community in Northglenn, CO. You will hire, train staff, schedule work, and ensure the property runs safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has HVAC certification, strong building systems knowledge, budgeting and leadership experience, and excellent communication and planning skills. This in-person role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Carpentry experience
• Proficient in computer skills
• Ability to manage budgets effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Experience in plumbing
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
• Hire and supervise vendors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Maintain Make Ready Board with accuracy
• Schedule vendors
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
