Job summary

Overlook Ridge Apartments is a 200 unit affordable multi-family property in Nashville, TN. As a Maintenance Supervisor at LHP, you will lead the maintenance operations for your apartment community, setting the standard for quality, safety, and accountability while working with your team.

You will oversee work orders, apartment turns, curb appeal, and ongoing maintenance projects, while guiding Maintenance Technicians and Custodial staff.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.
• Shared on-call with other maintenance staff is required.
• HVAC certification or related certifications (such as EPA) are aplus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the apartment community.
• Manage work orders, apartment turns, and curb appeal.
• Direct Maintenance Technicians and Custodial staff; provide guidance and direction.
• Balance planning, execution, and team support in a hands-on leadership role.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation based on property size and location.
