Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Wichita, KS. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, on-call every 4 weeks. Pay ranges from $27–$29 per hour, with quarterly bonuses and on-call pay.

You’ll respond to work orders, prepare apartments between residents, handle painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and perform preventative maintenance while keeping workspaces clean and organized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Strong skills in drywall, painting and basic carpentry.
• Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus).
• Electrical know-how (switches, outlets, lighting).
• Appliance repair knowledge (fridges, stoves, dishwashers).

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders.
• Turn/make-ready apartments between residents.
• Interior and exterior painting/staining.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
• General groundskeeping and upkeep.
• Preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Share on-call duties with the team (rotating).

Position Details:

• Title: Maintenance Supervisor
