Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Villages at General Grant in Affton, MO. You will lead the maintenance team, manage make-readies, and ensure timely repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience at 300+ unit communities.
• 2+ years HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills.
• HVAC/EPA certifications and boiler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team.
• Complete service requests and work orders.
• Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
• Assist with painting and general property upkeep.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every four weeks).

Pay: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunities

Pay and Perks:

• $30.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
• No On Call
• Quarterly maintenance bonus opportunities up to $4,000 per year
• Annual raises based on performance

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience at 300+ unit communities
• 2+ years HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills, HVAC/EPA Certifications required
• Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• CPO Certification preferred
• Boiler Certification preferred
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
