Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group's Cedar Trace Apartments in Maryland Heights, MO, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team. You will prioritize service requests, oversee Make Ready/Turn for new move-ins, and work with the Property Manager to manage the budget and planning.

You will also lead the preventive maintenance program, supervise and mentor staff, participate in on-call rotations, and handle interior/exterior painting as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders.
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Work with Property Manager to manage budget and planning.
• Lead the preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise and mentor the maintenance team.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks).
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed.
