Emerald Crossing Apartments in Overland, MO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and ensure timely completion of service requests and make-ready for new move-ins. This is a career opportunity within a Monarch Investment community.

You will supervise, mentor, and train maintenance staff, participate in the on-call rotation, and collaborate with the Property Manager on budgeting and planning while driving a preventive maintenance program.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Work with Property Manager to manage budget and planning.
• Lead the preventive maintenance program.

Your Role at Emerald Crossing:
