Banyan Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Royal Oaks community in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to resident requests, and repair plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities

Banyan Living, a trusted provider of luxury apartment living in North Royalton, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Royal Oaks apartment community. This vital role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of property management, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
