Banyan Living, LLC seeks an Experienced Maintenance Technician to support luxury apartment communities in the Canton, Ohio area. You will perform routine inspections, tackle repairs, and handle preventative maintenance to ensure safe, comfortable living spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include addressing resident requests, repairing plumbing/electrical/HVAC, preparing vacants, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency maintenance as needed.

As an Experienced Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.
