Banyan Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Royal Oaks apartment community in the North Royalton area. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to resident requests, and complete repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.

The role requires a high school diploma (certifications preferred), 1+ year of related experience, strong troubleshooting, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for on-call and emergency maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.

This vital role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of property management, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment
