You will handle plumbing, electrical tasks, and general repairs, while maintaining accurate maintenance records and coordinating with the property team. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.

This vital role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of property management, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.
