Rich Smith Management is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Service Technician in Springdale, AR. This role involves caring for apartments, buildings, and common areas, with daily maintenance, make-ready duties, and on-call support to handle 24-hour emergencies.

The ideal candidate has HVAC or EPA certification and 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, plus knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and irrigation systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience a plus.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily maintenance and repairs for apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Complete service requests within one business day when possible.
• Perform make-ready duties in vacant units and coordinate with vendors for flooring, cleaning, and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour emergencies.
• Maintain professional interactions with residents and team members.
