Job summary

RichSmith Management's Colony Square in Springdale, AR is seeking an Apartment Service Technician to maintain our community and provide excellent resident service. The role involves daily maintenance of apartments and common areas to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include handling service requests within one business day, maintaining the pool and landscaping, and performing preventive maintenance to protect the property's long-term value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience, with repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
• HVAC or EPA Certification preferred.
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repair work for apartments, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds.
• Handle all service requests promptly, aiming to complete each within one business day.
• Maintain the pool and landscaping while ensuring all community areas remain safe and attractive.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to protect the property's long-term value.
