Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day weeks and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests after hours.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for completing basic apartment turns for move-in readiness.
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.).
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary with team needs, systems, and season.
