Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day weeks as needed.
• Reliable transportation for emergency requests and on-call shifts.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prep for the next move-in.
• Perform resident-reported repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May provide training to other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary based on team needs and season.
