AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Stone Creek. This full-time role supports residents by performing basic turns and routine maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow process for basic apartment turns to prepare units for new residents.
• Complete resident repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Potentially train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
