MIDWEST DIVERSIFIED MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community. The role focuses on keeping buildings, grounds, and equipment in top condition and delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in apartment maintenance, strong hands-on skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry, and a valid driver's license. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair and general carpentry.
• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-out work.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.
• Maintain property appearance, including grounds and amenities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
