Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep an apartment community, focusing on safe, high-quality workmanship and resident satisfaction. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-call calls, ensuring clean, well-maintained grounds and amenities while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, EPA certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities
