Windsor Walnut Creek in Austin, TX is seeking an Apartment Service Tech II to join our team. This role focuses on routine maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with responsibilities for completing work orders, preparing units for turnover, and responding to after-hours calls.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in apartment maintenance, a HS diploma or GED, and proficiency with tools and property management software.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in apartment maintenance or related field.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to operate smart devices and property management software.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Close work orders efficiently, aiming to resolve within 24 hours using HappyCo.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting and repairs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and after-hours calls; weekend work required.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Maintain safety standards and PPE; ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Track inventory and request replacements from the Service Manager.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and rounds using devices.
