Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Technical training or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical preferred
• Proficient with hand and power tools and basic maintenance tasks

Aufgaben

• General maintenance across plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Complete work orders and close them within 24 hours using Yardi
• Prepare vacant units for residents (painting, cleaning, repairs)
• Respond to emergency repairs and after-hours calls on a rotating on-call schedule
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment with PPE
