Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the community, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and support apartment turns. You’ll diagnose issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry, while ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes resident service and professional communication. Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating with vendors as needed, and helping maintain property appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance systems and general building components.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently with appropriate safety practices.
• Knowledge of OSHA and standard maintenance procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Witness and complete service requests promptly with quality workmanship.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple trades including carpentry and drywall.
• Prepare vacant units and coordinate turns to quality standards.
• Maintain appearance of grounds and common areas and report safety concerns.
• Document work orders accurately and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Provide courteous service to residents and support safety compliance.
