Job summary

Odin Properties seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) for our multifamily community. You will organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers, ensuring efficiency and quality across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, a neat and professional appearance, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations. You’ll collaborate with the Property Manager on parts and materials purchases.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Two years’ experience in a maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional; attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report daily.
• On call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

About this position

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.

Essential Skills/Abilities

• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
