Job summary

Odin Properties is seeking a talented Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers while maintaining a clean, functional property.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of maintenance experience with hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and can work well with the team. On-call rotations and coordination with the Property Manager for parts purchasing are included.

Qualifications

• HVAC cert a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Two (2) years' experience in maintenance field.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant units and building.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.

Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

• Ensure work orders/turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Cleaning of vacant units and building.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.
