Village Green is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our property management team in Cleveland. You will assist prospective residents in finding their ideal homes while delivering exceptional customer service to current tenants.

Responsibilities include conducting property tours, managing the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, and building lasting relationships with residents. A 1–3 year sales track record and strong communication skills are essential, with a bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping people find their ideal home
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective residents' needs and match them with suitable apartment homes.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits of our community.
• Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with current residents, addressing needs and concerns promptly.
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing and move‑in coordination.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow‑up strategies.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property‑related information.
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote our properties.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
