Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries from prospective renters, market and lease apartments, and provide outstanding customer service in our Nevada communities. The role requires strong sales skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work with a diverse resident and client base in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage lease applications, tour prospects, prepare contracts, and stay current on promotions and incentives.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
State leasing license if required by law.

Responsibilities

Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with Company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
Tour prospects and show units, including vacant/model spaces and common areas.
Inspect pre-leased apartments and communicate any issues to the appropriate manager.
Log prospect information accurately into the Property Management software and respond to emails, voicemails, and texts.
Assist with posting notices, move-out inspections, and daily property inspections as needed.
