Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Warmly greet prospective clients and answer incoming leasing calls.
• Present the community and apartment homes using feature/benefit selling.
• Close the lease and complete lease applications and files.
• Maintain lease documentation and assist with file audits as assigned.
• Assist with planning community events and other duties as needed.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
