Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across digital and in-person platforms.
• Proven sales success and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ResMan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate property features professionally.
• Maintain courteous, approachable demeanor with residents and colleagues.
• Match prospects' living preferences and budget to apartment options.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounts to drive applications.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Update online advertising to reflect current pricing and availability.
• Maintain a daily engagement score and stay informed on market trends.
• Ensure recently vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewings.
