Job summary

San Xavier Casitas in Tucson, AZ seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment showings, lease signings, and resident relations with a focus on retention and satisfaction.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure model units are ready, apply Fair Housing practices, and use Yardi to maintain files and process leases. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret lease agreements and related documents.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment units with high customer service and meet monthly lease quotas.
• Process lease forms and collect deposits.
• Maintain model and target apartments and curb appeal.
• Train others on policies, lease terms and floor plans.
• Develop resident retention programs and participate in renewal process.
• Submit maintenance work orders and confirm completion.
• Host resident events and handle inquiries professionally.
