BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market and lease apartments, and provide exceptional customer service. You will tour properties, process lease paperwork, and maintain accurate records in our management software.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and sales abilities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and the ability to obtain necessary state leasing licenses. Join a team committed to excellence in the multifamily industry.

Formación

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain state leasing license within required timeframe.

Responsabilidades

• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective clients with strong customer service.
• Show and tour units; inspect vacants and model spaces as needed.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts for approval.
• Log prospect information and communications in the property management software.
• Post notices and assist with daily property operations as required.
