The role emphasizes achieving occupancy and revenue goals through effective marketing, timely follow-up, and strong closing skills in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with ability to close leases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; property systems experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, floor plans, and features.
• Greet prospects in person, by phone, and electronically; present housing options.
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms and community rules.
• Process lease applications and maintain prospect data in the system.
• Support marketing efforts and resident relations to drive occupancy.
