You will maintain accurate resident files, enter data, and assist in renewal efforts to maximize occupancy. Occasional travel and weekend hours may be required, with a focus on market-ready units and welcoming new residents.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent while maintaining service.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Explain policies to residents and potential residents.
• Maintain resident files and complete lease documents accurately.
• Enter resident data per policy and maintain up-to-date records.
• Assist in retention/renewal programs to optimize conversions.
• Inspect units for market-ready status prior to move-in.
• Show vacancies and greet new residents during move-in.
• Support coordination of community events and partner activities.
• Travel may be required and occasional weekends may be needed.
