Arlington Properties in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will be the face of the community, providing accurate pricing, availability, and policy information.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• One or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfort with digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policies.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and support retention and renewal efforts.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
• Promote the property through outreach efforts and marketing ideas.
• Monitor advertising platforms and provide insight into digital performance.
