Pratum Co in Maryland is seeking a property manager/leasing professional to maintain excellent resident relations, lease apartments and promote property amenities. You will respond to internet leads, conduct tours, and implement sales strategies to increase traffic and revenue.

The role requires 1–2 years in residential property management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with on-site resident management software (Realpage/OneSite).

Qualifications

• Associates must follow requirements for training/development plans.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in residential property management.
• Ability to read/write English fluently and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents, vendors and the community.
• Lease apartments and sell property features and amenities to prospects.
• Respond to internet leads, conduct tours and handle prospect calls.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and revenue.
• Audit lease files and ensure accurate paperwork and data entry.
