Job summary

Rose Valley Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team in Maryland. You will guide prospective residents through the move-in process, conduct property tours, and coordinate applications and deposits with a focus on customer service and sales.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to meet monthly leasing goals, weekend work, and maintenance of curb appeal. We offer commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of active leasing experience in multi-family property.
• Driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and sales skills with ability to present over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent communication with prospects, residents, vendors, and team via email and phone.
• Conducts tours of community, vacant apartments or models and amenities.
• Ensures apartments are ready for show and maintains a clean, orderly office.
• Markets and leases apartments to prospective residents and supports marketing plan.
• Documents prospect activity in compliance with Fair Housing Laws and reports weekly activity.
