Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at a multi-family community in Florida. You will show and lease apartments, coordinate marketing, and assist the Property Manager in daily operations to ensure a positive living experience and strong financial performance.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, processing applications, coordinating move-ins and renewals, and maintaining records in property management software.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a must.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase apartments.
• Qualify leads, process applications, and run background checks.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and lease documents.
• Develop marketing plans to generate traffic and maintain occupancy.
• Support resident retention with excellent customer service and timely responses.
