Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Newport Beach, CA seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction from tour to move-in.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and support lease renewals using OneSite and Yardi, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Mansioni

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance to ensure move‑in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages; contact renewing residents in advance of move‑out dates.
