Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Drive leasing targets and communicate opportunities/threats to the Property Manager.
• Respond quickly to online rental inquiries and maintain product availability awareness.
• Close leases by guiding prospects through the process and collecting required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lead data in ResMan and Knock and follow up with prospects via email, phone, or letter.
• Manage the community waitlist and communicate changes to prospects.
