Job summary

Greystar manages a 232-unit community in Bradenton, FL, seeking a Leasing Marketing Manager to direct marketing, advertising, sales activities and lead the on-site leasing team to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident-retention goals.

The role requires overseeing pricing, concessions, advertising strategies, and use of property management software to monitor results, with close coordination with maintenance and ownership. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, inventory of ready apartments, rent pricing and concessions.
• Develops print and internet advertising strategies and uses property management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborates with maintenance to ensure property meets standards and enhances salability of units.
• Leads leasing process including traffic generation, showing apartments and completing move-ins.
