Responsibilities

• Lease vacant units and prepare leasing paperwork.
• Prepare market surveys.
• Assist in preparing Weekly Activity and Traffic Reports.
• Verify applicant information (Credit, RCR, Employment, Rental, Conviction History).
• Market the property via social media and outreach to attract prospects and secure leases.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain resident retention.
• Inspect models and common areas before start of day.
• Handle work orders and resident requests as needed.
