Responsibilities

• Lease vacants and upcoming units.
• Prepare leasing paperwork (Resident Processing Checklist, Lease, Addendums).
• Collect security deposits and manage applications.
• Prepare weekly activity and traffic reports.
• Qualify prospects per company standards.
• Follow up with guests and maintain relationships.
• Obtain lease renewals and contact renewals 45 days before expiry.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and TAA Red Book laws.
