Job summary

OneWall Communities is hiring a Leasing Agent to greet prospects, tour communities, close leases, and ensure timely processing of applications. You will help maintain occupancy, update property details, and coordinate new resident orientations.

The role requires 2 years of sales/leasing experience, strong customer relations, and proficiency in MS Office. Weekend work is required; a HS diploma or GED is needed, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years of sales and leasing experience required, preferably in property management.
• Excellent customer relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications in a timely manner, and following up with prospects.
• Assist apartment complexes with achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Maintain current information on all aspects of a community including size, special features, expiration of current leasing agreements and pricing.
• Responsible for the oversight and coordination of the orientation of new residents.
• Assist property management team with rent collection as needed.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday schedule.
