Job summary

START is a leading building and property management company seeking an energetic Leasing Agent. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, provide outstanding service, and help maintain high occupancy.

You will also market properties online, through social media, and in the community, coordinating with the Property Manager on resident relations and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience necessary.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic property management software.

Responsibilities

• Address phone calls from prospects and vendors.
• Respond to email leads daily and inform prospects about current and upcoming availability.
• Process work orders from tenants.
• Write and distribute emails, memos, letters and forms.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to send mailings when needed.
• Track information (water usage, rental availability, rents, etc.) with the Property Manager.
• Send leasing documents.
• Assist maintenance to approve unit before new occupant moves in.
• Support the Property Manager with resident relations and administrative tasks as needed.
