Job summary

You will assist the Property Manager and Assistant Manager as directed, maintain lease files, and support weekly outreach marketing efforts. A high school diploma is required; residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renting apartment homes; generate traffic, respond to inquiries, tour prospects, and close rentals.
• Inspect and maintain property cleanliness and presentation; report needs to Property Manager.
• Explain features/benefits to clients and close sales.
• Process rental applications; collect documents; schedule move-ins; prepare lease files.
