Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction in a multifamily community. You will conduct tours, qualify leads, process applications, and support daily operations to meet financial goals.

The role requires 1+ year in leasing or customer service, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of property management software (Yardi/OneSite). Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a must.
• Experience utilizing social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours and showcase apartments.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure units are move-in ready; coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages; onboarding new residents.
• Design and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to generate traffic and occupancy.
