TFE Properties, LLC in Brick, New Jersey is seeking a full-time Property Manager with leasing experience to lease apartments and serve as a customer service representative for our residential communities.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, able to adapt to changing situations, and capable of meeting occupancy and renewal goals while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leasing apartments and closing deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Yardi knowledge is a plus; valid driver license required.
• Weekend availability and flexibility with a 40-hour work week.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartments at the highest possible rent while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Qualify prospects, determine needs, and highlight features to drive visits.
• Sell community benefits over the phone and schedule tours.
• Follow all leasing guidelines and maintain professional conduct with residents and vendors.
• Enter and maintain resident data and leases in the Yardi system daily.
• Assist with resident retention programs and market the community locally.
